As the festive season begins North Fambridge Yacht Club held its Christmas meal on the 3rd December in the historic Ferry Boat Inn. The atmosphere was feeling very Christmassy with the decorations & sparkly lights adorning the Ferry Boat Inn both inside and out even the naughty elf made an appearance.
With the attire festive themed the majority of members wore Christmas jumpers, Santa hats and jingly bells.
Members all sat down for the first course and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all and left everyone waiting eagerly for their main courses. Most people opted for the traditional Turkey dinner while others went for Roast Beef or Sea bream. There was then a small pause while people chatted before the desserts were served to those that had the room for them although for some just a coffee was enough!
Feedback from all the members was really positive and we are all really looking forward to the same festive shenanigans in 2023.
